1. Who we are

Relevansee provides Context-Aware Relevance Intelligence. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, avatar, language, timezone, plan.
• Journey content: onboarding answers, context sources you add, advisor conversations, generated reports.
• Usage data: pages, features used, credits spent — for product analytics.
• Optional integrations: when you connect GSC / GA4 / LinkedIn we read only the scopes you grant.

3. How we use it

To generate your relevance insights, run the AI advisor, save your history, bill credits, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

4. AI processing

Your prompts and context can be sent to AI providers via the Lovable AI Gateway or admin-configured BYOK keys. We do not use your data to train third-party models without consent.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored encrypted at rest in our managed database. Access is scoped per-user via row-level security.

6. Your rights

You can export, edit, or delete your data at any time from Settings. Email us at hello@relevansee.com for any other request.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for sign-in. No third-party tracking cookies.

8. Changes

We'll post any meaningful change here and notify signed-in users.
