1. Acceptance

By using Relevansee you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity in your account. Don't share accounts.

3. Acceptable use

• No abuse, reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempts to bypass plan/credit limits.
• No illegal content, harassment, or violation of third-party rights.
• Respect AI rate limits and the credit system.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

Plans grant monthly credits and feature access. Top-up credits don't expire. Refunds are handled case-by-case for billing errors only.

5. AI output

Generated reports are informational, not professional advice. You're responsible for decisions made from them.

6. Intellectual property

You own your inputs and outputs. We retain rights to the platform, brand, and templates.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel anytime from Billing.

8. Liability

Relevansee is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages.
